Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle routine and emergency repairs across our community. You’ll perform plumbing, carpentry, electrical and HVAC tasks, and contribute to turnover readiness of vacant units. Strong communication with residents and staff is essential.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain). A reliable vehicle and on-call readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a maintenance technician or relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance repairs across the community.
• Repair, renovate, paint, and clean vacant apartments during turnovers.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with residents, staff and management.
• Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and general site upkeep.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and participate in required trainings.
