Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Maintenance professional for its Frederick, MD community to uphold safe, attractive living spaces and strong resident satisfaction. You will handle a range of repairs, turnovers, and daily upkeep with a focus on service quality.

The role includes on-site responsibilities, training for assistants, and responsive on-call support, with a sign-on bonus offered. Strong English communication and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair and painting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality completion of resident service requests.
• Perform routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance repairs and general upkeep.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with residents, staff and guests.
• Participate in apartment turnovers; repair, renovate, paint and clean vacant units.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of all areas, including dumpsters and grounds.
• Monitor property conditions and advise management of needed attention.
• Support landscaping and snow removal when required.
• Provide guidance and training to Maintenance Apprentices & Porters.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and attend required training sessions.
