Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners in Dundalk, MD is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across PV Dundalk & Cove Point I & II.

You will repair, renovate, paint, and clean vacant apartments while ensuring a safe, attractive living environment for residents. The role emphasizes strong customer service, timely responses to requests, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting.
• EPA Section 608 Certification - Type II or Universal (or get within 90 days).
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities; on-call readiness.
• Reliable transportation and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance repairs.
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, renovations, and cleaning of vacant units.
• Ensure safety, tidiness, and proper maintenance of grounds and equipment.
• Provide good customer service to residents and staff; respond to emergencies.
