Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s upkeep, assist with repairs, and help maintain interior and exterior conditions. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor, perform preventative maintenance, monitor parts inventory, and respond to service requests, including evenings and weekends for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
