• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling.
• Tracks inventory, uses tools properly, and notifies supervisor for re-ordering needs.
• Documents work and maintains accurate records for service requests.

Connaissances

EPA certifications Type 1/II/Universal
