Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance and/or maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (HVAC) required for refrigerant handling.
• HVAC Certification or equivalent validation.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is preferred for safety.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the workflow for the service staff and delegate workload to staff.
• Meet and exceed budget expectations for expenditures.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property and respond to issues outside of normal hours.
