Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance workflows and delegate tasks to staff.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain physical condition of property and respond to service requests.
• Ensure accurate time reporting and adherence to company policies.
