Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance process for the property and manage service requests.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed to stay within budget.
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Supervise service staff and delegate workload to ensure timely completions.
