Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep across our portfolio. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs promptly, and apply skills in plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Requirements include 2+ years in property maintenance and EPA 608 or HVAC certification, with travel up to 10%. Excellent communication and resident service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 or HVAC certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform repairs promptly.
• Repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing and electrical as needed.
• Perform general carpentry, roofing and gutter repairs.
• Maintain the property's physical condition and tools.
• Report time worked accurately and follow policies.
