Job summary

Elmington Living, a premier property management company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across properties. You will supervise service staff, diagnose problems, and perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks while prioritizing safety and quality.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience and EPA HVAC certifications, with OSHA 10/30, CPO, or plumbing/electrical licenses preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC or EPA Universal certification required.
• Maintain physical condition of the property and perform repairs.
• Operate hand and power tools efficiently.
• Strong communication with residents and coworkers.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance workflow and delegate tasks to staff.
• Order supplies and manage materials as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry issues.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain common areas and respond to service requests.
• Report time worked accurately and on time.
