Job summary

Elmington Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across properties and respond to service requests with speed and professionalism. You will perform plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, coordinate with residents, and uphold Elmington's service standards on a fast-paced, on-site team.

Strong customer service and communication are essential to success. Certification in HVAC/EPA 608 is required or pursued within 60 days; occasional travel up to 10% may be needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years property maintenance experience.
• HVAC or EPA Universal certification required.
• Effective communication.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools.
• Building maintenance and repairs.
• Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
• Accurately reporting all time worked by clocking in before beginning to work and out only when done working.
• Following all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
