Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance workflow for the property.
• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain physical condition of the property and building systems.
• Respond to issues outside normal hours when required.
• Ensure accurate time reporting and adherence to policies.
