Job summary

Elmington Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a multi-family property. You will manage service staff, diagnose issues, and perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry domains, ensuring timely and quality service.

The role requires at least 2 years in property maintenance, EPA or HVAC certification, and strong communication with residents. You should be prepared for travel and flexible hours to meet maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance and/or maintenance experience.
• EPA Section 608 or HVAC certification required.
• Strong communication with residents and team members.
• Able to diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
