Job summary

Elmington Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance process for our properties, ordering supplies, diagnosing problems, and performing service requests with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

You will lead the service staff, meet budget expectations, and coordinate with residents. Some travel may be required; EPA HVAC certification is preferred or required within 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC or EPA Universal certification required.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property.
• Use hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Coordinate with residents and staff to complete service requests.

Responsibilities

• Order supplies, materials, and tools as needed.
• Diagnose problems and repair major systems and equipment.
• Supervise service staff workflow and delegate workload.
