Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician at Wickham Club in Melbourne, FL to care for amenities and apartment homes. You will perform painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and landscape tasks to uphold curb appeal and safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, EPA/CPO certifications may be required, be able to work independently, and communicate effectively with residents and team members. Travel within regional portfolios may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficient in painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and landscape tasks.
• Ability to transfer knowledge to other team members and provide guidance.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear communication to residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenities and apartment homes to ConcordRENTS standards.
• Prepare homes for new residents and maintain occupied units.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across trades.
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule outside work as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and proper documentation of repairs.
