Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Wickham Club in Melbourne, FL to keep apartment homes and common areas in top condition. The role involves painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry, with responsibility for preparing units, maintaining curb appeal and addressing residents' needs.

Must have knowledge of landscape maintenance, irrigation repairs, and the ability to troubleshoot.

Qualifications

Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry.
Must have knowledge to identify landscaping deficiencies and irrigation repairs.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required and EPA certification may be required and provided within six months.

Responsibilities

Work from check lists, schedules, service requests, logs, contracts, warranties and instructions.
Track and close records for service orders; investigate past-due items.
Maintain EPA logs, MSDS sheets, pool logs, asset inventory and related records.
Replenish spare parts; requisition supplies as needed.
Inspect move-in/move-out processes and orient new residents to appliances.
Respond to service requests; perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing repairs as needed.
Paint interior and exterior surfaces; prepare surfaces and ensure aesthetic standards.
Maintain property grounds; clean and pressure wash building exteriors and common areas.
Respond to maintenance inquiries; supervise contractors and ensure quality and safety.
On-call duties, nights and weekends as required.
Ensure safety hazards are reported and addressed.
