ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across Florida communities. You will ensure the condition of amenities and apartments meets high standards, while coordinating preventive maintenance and safety programs.

You will manage schedules, supervise staff, and collaborate with vendor partners to deliver timely repairs and improvements, ensuring resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating preventive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Maintenance Department staff and safety training.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage maintenance budget and vendor contracts.
• Ensure EPA, safety, and quality compliance across properties.
• Maintain property grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize daily work.
