Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of multifamily communities in Florida. You will lead the Maintenance Department, ensure safety and quality, train staff, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to keep properties in top condition.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, trades training, and relevant certifications (CPO, EPA). The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to respond

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance staff and coordinating preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work from policies and schedules to meet property needs.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for multiple tasks.
• CPO and EPA certifications required or obtainable through company training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Department staff and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Assist in annual planning and budgeting; work with vendors/contractors.
• Create and adjust preventive maintenance schedules and priorities.
• Track service requests in the system and close records for completed orders.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage and safety compliance.
• On-call duty, nights and weekends may be required.
