ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the upkeep of multifamily communities across Florida. You will lead the maintenance team, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to keep amenities and apartments in top condition.

The role requires strong hands-on skills in painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, landscape quality control, and irrigation. EPA and CPO certifications are preferred, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I and II) required or provided during training.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity.

Responsabilités

• Maintain amenities and apartment homes to ConcordRENTS' high standards.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents and ensure occupied units stay in good condition.
• Supervise Maintenance Department staff and provide safety instruction and coaching.
• Plan preventive maintenance and budget considerations with Community Director.
• Respond to service requests, coordinate with vendors, and schedule outside contractors as needed.

Formation

High School Diploma or GED

Applied trades training

Certified Pool Operator (CPO)

EPA certification (Universal or Type I and II)

English communication skills
