Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to safeguard the physical integrity of our communities. You will oversee maintenance and janitorial staff, respond to service requests, and ensure make‑ready repairs are completed on schedule, keeping properties safe and well‑maintained for residents and staff.

You will coordinate with the Property Manager, manage work orders, maintain preventive maintenance records, and enforce safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years related maintenance experience.
• CAMT certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and janitorial staff and coordinate work orders.
• Ensure make‑ready repairs are completed on schedule and safety standards are met.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and assist in budgeted activities.
• Schedule staff for emergency and routine maintenance coverage.
