Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor for the Everett, WA community. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, lead the maintenance team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in maintenance with supervisory experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi is preferred, with a focus on timely work order completion and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for resident interactions.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software (Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the physical condition and upkeep of the community following safety standards.
• Lead, direct and supervise maintenance staff; provide feedback and address misconduct with HR as needed.
• Interview, hire, train and retain employees; coordinate with HR for onboarding.
