Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, and administration while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include annual budgets, marketing plans, and timely reporting; lead emergency responses and maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community on-site under supervision of Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Monitor deposits, rent collections, vendor invoices, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Head emergency team and ensure timely response to property emergencies.
