The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site construction of residential multifamily projects. You will coordinate activities under the Project Manager, ensure safety and schedule adherence, and maintain professional communication with contractors and owners.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of multi-family project experience, with strong MS Office and MS Project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing multi-family construction with a stable employment history.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities for residential complexes.
• Ensure safety, quality and scheduling as defined by contract documents and codes.
• Assist with permits and coordination with municipalities and utilities.
