Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise all on-site activities for multi-family residential construction under the Project Manager of Construction. The role emphasizes safety, schedule, and quality control.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-family projects. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/MS Project and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years managing multi-family construction projects
• Experience with site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties
• Solve problems, prioritize and multi-task while maintaining communication and organization
• Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure contract requirements and specs are met
• Supervise on-site activities to meet design, schedule and safety commitments
• Represent the company with subcontractors, consultants, owners, vendors and agencies
• Assist management with permits and coordination with municipalities
