Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction of multi-family residential complexes in Florida. Under the Project Manager of Construction, you will coordinate field operations, sequencing, safety, and quality control to align with contract documents and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction or Civil fields (or equivalent) and at least 5 years’ experience with multi-family projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-family construction projects.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.
• Strong communication, problem solving and planning abilities.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA 10/30 certifications a plus; First Aid-AED training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and staging.
• Prepare project updates and related admin duties.
• Ensure safety and quality control per contract documents.
• Supervise on-site construction to meet design and project commitments.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and subcontractor coordination.
• Report progress to project manager and maintain documentation.
• Turn dates through completion and occupancy.
