Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities for multifamily residential projects. You will ensure work complies with contract documents, safety standards, and project schedules while maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct on site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related administrative duties.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with design and project commitments.
• Coordinate with municipalities and utility providers for service installation and inspection.
• Review scope of work, project specifications and drawings; provide technical assistance as required.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed as defined by the company safety program and regulations.
• Approve and process monthly subcontractor and vendor payment applications.
• Report to the project manager and act as an advisor on project issues.
• Complete accurate progress reports and related project documentation.
