Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop and maintain schedules across EPC-style projects. You will own scheduling execution, align with the project strategy, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to drive on-time delivery.

You will serve as the Primavera P6 SME, build Level 1–4 schedules, monitor progress, and provide actionable insights to project leadership. Travel up to 25% of the time is possible in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and ability to lead scheduling activities.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary scheduling resource and active member of project teams.
• Translates scope and execution strategy into an integrated schedule with stakeholders.
• Leads scheduling setup and baselines, including calendars, coding, and update cadence.
• Performs schedule risk analyses, time impact analyses, and forecast adjustments.
• Leads schedule review meetings and communicates status and required actions to stakeholders.
