Job summary

ENFRA, a leader in energy infrastructure, invites applications for a Project Scheduler in Charlotte, NC. The role drives scheduling across projects, baselines, and updates using Primavera P6, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will develop integrated schedules, perform risk and critical path analyses, and lead schedule reviews with project stakeholders. A strong English communicator with 2+ years in scheduling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field.
• Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience.
• Demonstrates experience in Gantt charts, Critical Path Analysis and methodology.
• Demonstrates effective leadership in the execution of planning/scheduling activities on projects.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Understands EPC/full-service project delivery processes.
• Independent, proactive, accurate, with strong analytical and organizing skills.
• Implements and effectively use company-standard planning/scheduling systems such as Primavera.
• Experience with Accumen Fuse is a plus but not required.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary scheduling resource on projects and supports execution decisions.
• Translates scope and strategy into an integrated schedule with various stakeholders.
• Leads schedule setup, baselining, and updates in Primavera P6.
• Develops Level III/IV schedules and monitors progress and forecast dates.
• Performs schedule risk analysis, critical path, and trend analyses.
• Coordinates with management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Communicates schedule status and required actions to stakeholders.
• Provides guidance on scheduling standards and best practices.
