Job summary

ENFRA LLC in Illinois is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead scheduling on small-to-medium projects. You will develop schedules from Level 1 milestones to Level 4 detailed plans and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

The role requires a strong Primavera P6 background, at least 2 years of progressive scheduling experience, and excellent English communication. Travel up to 25% may be required; familiarity with cost and risk concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field.
• Experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience.
• Knowledge of Gantt charts and Critical Path Analysis.
• Proven leadership in scheduling activities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with Primavera scheduling systems.
• Experience with Accumen Fuse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads scheduling execution on assigned projects and acts as a primary scheduling resource.
• Develops project schedules from Level 1 milestone to Level 4 detailed working schedules.
• Serves as Primavera P6 subject matter expert for assigned projects.
• Integrates schedule with estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and cost control.
• Performs schedule risk analysis, forecasting, and progress reporting.
• Provides schedule governance, reviews, and action plans with stakeholders.
• Mentors project teams on scheduling best practices and tools.
