Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years in a comparable role.
• Experience in EPC project phases and data centers, semiconductors, or technology environments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
• Lead coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule.
• Monitor schedule performance against baseline plans.
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path and float analysis.
• Conduct schedule impact and what-if analyses to assess risks.
• Develop mitigation and recovery plans for schedule risks.
• Prepare short-term lookahead schedules for execution planning.
• Present weekly and monthly schedule reports and analysis to stakeholders.
• Ensure schedule quality and adherence to controls procedures.
• Participate in schedule reviews and communicate status, risks, and recommendations.
