Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience on projects with scheduling responsibility.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, baselines, maintains, and analyzes project schedules from proposal milestones to detailed execution plans.
• Leads schedule development, updates, and governance for assigned projects as the Primavera P6 SME.
• Interfaces with estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to ensure integrated schedules.
• Performs schedule risk analysis, critical path, and what-if scenarios to support decision making.
• Communicates schedule status and action items to project leadership and stakeholders.
