Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead scheduling efforts across small-to-medium projects. You will develop schedules from milestones to detailed plans, manage updates, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to support execution.

You will serve as Primavera P6 subject matter expert, drive schedule risk assessments, and communicate status to stakeholders while upholding enterprise scheduling standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in EPC/full-service project delivery helpful.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 with strong scheduling and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scheduling resource on assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules from Level 1 milestone plans to Level 4 detailed schedules.
• Lead schedule reviews with project stakeholders and drive mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client activities to ensure schedule integrity.
• Support governance, reporting, and performance analytics for project controls.
