ENFRA Solutions in Houston seeks a Project Scheduler to lead schedule development and maintenance for small-to-medium EPC projects, leveraging Primavera P6 and coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

You will baseline, track progress, perform risk analyses, and drive mitigation actions while collaborating with project stakeholders. A minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience and strong English communication are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work in EPC/full-service project delivery environments.
• Detail-oriented with scheduling expertise in Primavera P6.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, baselines, maintains, and analyzes project schedules from proposal to detailed execution.
• Serves as Primavera P6 subject matter expert for schedule data integrity and governance.
• Creates Level III/IV schedules integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Leads schedule status collection, progress updates, and forecast dates across teams.
• Performs schedule risk analysis, time impact analyses, and what-if scenarios.
• Assists with schedule governance and training for project teams.
