Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Scheduler to own the development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules across assigned scopes. You will act as Primavera P6 expert, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule integrity and timely delivery.

The role requires strong English communication and the ability to drive schedule improvements within a fast-paced EPC environment. Based in the US with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, project management, or related field.
• Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive scheduling experience.
• Proficient in Gantt charts and critical path analysis.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding EPC/full-service project delivery processes.
• Independent, proactive, and analytical with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Primavera planning systems and enterprise standards.
• Experience with Accumen Fuse is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work across multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads schedule development during proposals, project planning and startup.
• Develops baseline and detailed schedules and updates in Primavera P6.
• Translates execution strategy into an integrated project schedule with stakeholders.
• Provides schedule governance, risk analysis, and mitigation recommendations.
• Mentors project teams on scheduling best practices and tools.
