Job summary

the company, based in Clay, NY, seeks an experienced Scheduler who will independently develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractors to ensure milestones are met and decisions are data-driven.

Budgets, risks, and recovery plans will be regularly reviewed with project teams. You will leverage Primavera P6 and MS Office to deliver timely reports, conduct what-if analyses, and drive proactive schedule

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of experience in scheduling in EPC projects.
• Demonstrated experience in schedule development, maintenance, and analysis across EPC project phases.
• Ability to independently analyze schedule performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6, including scope, logic, sequencing, and durations.
• Lead coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to align with milestones and strategy.
• Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the overall project schedule.
• Monitor schedule performance, productivity, and progress against baselines; identify trends and deviations.
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float, and schedule variance.
• Conduct schedule impact and what-if analyses to assess risks and delays.
• Collaborate with teams to develop mitigation and recovery plans for schedule risks.
• Prepare and maintain short-term lookahead schedules to support execution planning.
• Produce weekly and monthly schedule reports and updates for stakeholders.
