The Project Sales Engineer at SOUTH COAST FACILITY SERVICES is a senior, revenue-driven role focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing large-scale MEP construction opportunities with a primary emphasis on design-build, negotiated, and hard-bid deals of $5 million and above.

You will leverage your established relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, and consulting engineers to own the full pursuit lifecycle—from lead generation to estimate development, proposal strategy,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in engineering, construction, or business.
• 7–10 years of progressive sales experience in HVAC/mechanical construction or services with a track record of closing multi-million dollar projects.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, and pursue large-scale HVAC/mechanical project opportunities ($5M+).
• Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline with owners, developers, GCs, and consulting engineers.
• Lead end-to-end pursuit from scope development to proposal strategy and contract negotiation.
