This hands-on role requires deep HVAC knowledge, strong client-facing skills, and collaboration with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure accurate scopes and successful project handoffs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience including estimating, solution selling, and large-system projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system design, controls, and performance.
• Proficient with mechanical plan reviews and blueprint takeoffs.
• Experience estimating mid- to large-scale mechanical replacement projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site assessments and job walks to evaluate conditions and requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, labor projections, and material takeoffs.
• Collaborate with sales to develop technical scopes and competitive pricing.
• Represent ISS Mechanical during client meetings and site walks.
• Coordinate with project managers, service leaders, and field personnel to ensure smooth handoffs.
