Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 15+ years leading mid to large MEP projects.
• Extensive HVAC project management and financials expertise.
• Experience with complex, process piping projects.
• Ability to plan long-term and drive pre-fabrication.
• Strong communication with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet project financial goals.
• Measure progress and maintain schedule adherence.
• Provide project status updates to clients and leadership.
• Manage budgets, costs, and change orders.
• Mentor Project Managers and Engineers.
• Lead multiple large-scale projects and solve problems.
