WSP is seeking a Senior Project Management Area Lead for the Power & Energy Management Team. The role oversees day-to-day PM activities for local/regional teams, ensuring quality and alignment with WSP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; PMP considered.
• 15+ years in project management within Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for medium to large utility projects.
• Knowledge of PM processes: Contract, Risk, Change, Earned Value, Schedule, Financial management.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for Substation and Transmission Line projects across the Texas-Louisiana Region.
• Ensure adherence to project lifecycle processes (proposal, planning, startup, execution, closeout).
• Develop and mentor PM staff; oversee recruitment and retention efforts.
