Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for the Texas Region. The role focuses on strategic oversight of power delivery construction programs, guiding complex project execution, and advising senior leadership and clients on delivery strategies. Travel to client and WSP offices is needed for periodic meetings.

You will mentor teams, advance construction best practices, and support business development while ensuring regulatory compliance and program milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related discipline or demonstrated proven equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of relevant post-education experience in construction management or related areas.
• Recognized subject matter expertise in construction delivery methods, phasing strategies, and technical field operations.
• Proven success leading large, complex construction programs in both public and private sector environments.
• Experience advising on strategic project risks, logistics constraints, and contract compliance.
