Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Decatur, AL, seeks a seasoned Senior Project Scheduler to plan heavy industrial projects, forecast costs, and manage schedules using Primavera P6 and Timberline. The ideal candidate has a BS/MS in Construction Science or related field, 10+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating, with PMI/AACE certification preferred.

You will collaborate across disciplines, lead change management, and ensure constructability while delivering accurate cost

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Bachelor/Master in Construction Science or related field preferred.
• PMI or AACE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitoring change notices and cost reporting systems.
• Estimating construction projects and man-hour budgets for projects or areas.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and Timberline Estimating.
