Job summary

Hargrove seeks a seasoned Project Controls professional to plan, schedule, cost-control, and estimate heavy industrial projects. You will forecast activities, monitor costs, and lead changes to keep projects on track.

15+ years of industrial experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project are essential. AACE or PMI certification is preferred. This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of company standards and good practices.
• Understands engineering disciplines and deliverables.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to develop cost estimates and schedules for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Develop, monitor and update schedules via meetings and field verification.
• Understand Earned Value and Project Productivity.
• Manage change notice/change order systems and hearings.
• Develop estimates for construction projects including change notices.
• Maintain cost systems with reconciled commitments and invoices.
• Lead Project Controls efforts with clients and contractors.
• Assist in constructability logistics and safety planning.
