Hargrove is seeking a seasoned project scheduler in Indiana to plan and schedule heavy industrial engineering projects, monitor costs, and estimate activities. You will work with minimal supervision and coordinate with multiple disciplines to ensure safety and schedule alignment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating, with strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office. AACE/PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education aligns with construction/science disciplines and relevant certifications.
• Experience: 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.

Responsabilités

• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Update schedules via meetings, coordination interviews and field verification.
• Understand Earned Value and Project Productivity.
• Manage change notice/change order system and hearings.
• Support clients and teammates in constructability discussions, logistics and safety.
