Job summary

Hargrove Engineers is seeking a seasoned Planning and Scheduling professional to lead heavy industrial project controls. You will forecast construction activities, monitor costs, and update schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, with Timberline Estimating for takeoffs.

A strong focus on safety, coordination, and constructability is essential. The role requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience and a BS/MS in Construction Science or Building Science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Construction Science, Building Science or related field preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• AACE International or PMI certification preferred
• 5+ years of relevant industrial planning/scheduling experience
• Strong proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and Timberline Estimating

Responsibilities

• Developing schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities
• Updating schedules through meetings, field verification, and coordination interviews
• Monitoring project costs and change notice/change order management
• Assisting in change notice hearings and weekly change committee meetings
• Coaching and mentoring teammates in project controls and scheduling practices
