Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Experience with construction project controls and cost reporting.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling principles and project performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules via meetings and field verifications.
• Manage change notice/change order systems and hearings.
• Develop estimates for construction projects including change notices.
• Maintain cost system with commitments, change orders, and invoices.
• Assist in development of project strategies for constructability, logistics, and safety.
• Quantify materials and man-hours for estimates and project controls.
