Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and estimates for contract packages to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues.
• Monitor and update schedules through meetings, field verification, and coordination interviews.
• Manage change notices and assist in weekly change notice hearings and change committee meetings.
• Develop and maintain the cost system including reconciling commitments, change orders, contractor invoices and cost reports.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and contractors to ensure accurate scopes of work and costs.
