Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Technical Lead – Linear Infrastructure to shape water infrastructure and impact communities. Lead planning, design, and delivery of sewer and watermain projects in the Mid-Atlantic with a diverse team of engineers.

You will grow our conveyance and rehabilitation business, mentor staff, and pursue opportunities while collaborating with research and innovation teams. Hybrid work and in-office presence three days weekly are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of storm and sanitary sewer and watermain projects.
• Mentor and supervise design staff and develop high-performing project teams.
• Develop proposals and manage client relations to win projects.
• Ensure budget, schedule, and scope are met; perform QA/QC.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
