Job summary

Stantec in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong Water/Wastewater infrastructure experience to lead pumping stations, water treatment, and wastewater projects across multiple concurrent assignments.

You'll drive design evaluation, mentor junior staff, manage budgets and schedules, and grow client relationships to position our team for long‑term success in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects including design and construction oversight of water/wastewater systems.
• Manage client relationships and lead coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide project leadership, mentoring, and budget/schedule oversight.
• Review analyses, evaluate options, and specify engineered water systems.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
