Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Technical Lead – Linear Infrastructure to lead the planning, design, and delivery of wastewater conveyance and water infrastructure projects. You will grow the conveyance trenchless business, manage complex programs, and mentor a diverse team across a North American network.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and business development with a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence ~3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil) from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of design professionals and technicians.
• Mentor and supervise staff and develop high-performing project teams.
• Perform business development and develop proposals to win projects.
• Develop scope of work documents and estimates; collaborate across lines to create opportunities.
• Oversee design and construction management of projects.
• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control on projects.
