Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Project Manager / Technical Lead – Linear Infrastructure to lead planning, design, and delivery of storm and sanitary sewer conveyance and watermain distribution projects across the Mid-Atlantic. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and drive successful project outcomes with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, client relations, and a proven track record delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental or Civil).
• 15+ years of project management experience in a consulting environment.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
• PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of conveyance and water infrastructure projects.
• Develop proposals, manage budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Mentor staff and build high-performing project teams.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary disciplines and client relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality in project execution.
• Support business development and pursuit of new opportunities.
